Short Biography

Virginie MOREL is Project Manager and Senior Powertrain expert at Aramco Overseas Company, French division in Paris and a member of the SIA scientific committee in France. She joined AOC in 2013 where her responsibilities included the management of various R&D fuel & technology projects in support of Saudi Aramco’s Fuel Technology research program.

Virginie previously worked at IFPEnergie Nouvelle as powertrain research engineer. In 2008, she joined STELLANTIS in the powertrain department where she led various technical combustion advanced development projects.

Virginie holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Paris Tech university “Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees” and a Master’s degree in Powertrain Engineering from IFPschool, 2002.
