Short Biography

In 1995, after graduating from Nagoya University, Fuyuto joined Toyota Central R&D Labs., Inc. the research institute of the Toyota Group. Since then, Fuyuto has been engaged in optical diagnostics, diesel spray combustion analysis, combustion noise analysis, etc. He received a doctoral degree from the University of Tokyo. He received outstanding paper awards from the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers (JSME) and the Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan (JSAE) several times. He is a fellow of the JSME and a fellow engineer of the JSAE. He is a director, ILASS-Japan (Institute of liquid atomization and spray systems).
