BEVx-2T / Functional investigation of the suitability of 2-stroke combustion processes for alternative fuels in the passenger car hybrid system

Development of a low-cost, lightweight, small, economical and low-emission internal combustion engine for a highly electrified hybrid powertrain. This is achieved by a novel two-stroke engine with an alternative scavenging process, high-pressure direct injection and a separated lubrication system. CO2 reduction and pollutant reduction are achieved, among other things, by operating the internal combustion engine with alternative fuels.
